🚀 What You’ll Do (Starting Out)

We don’t throw you in the deep end.

You’ll start by:

Shadowing and assisting sessions

Learning how we coach movement and interact with clients

Helping with setup, flow, and client experience

As you grow, you’ll move into:

Coaching semi-private sessions

Building relationships with clients

Contributing to the culture and energy of the gym

💰 Pay + Opportunity

$22–$40/hour based on role and experience

Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow

Additional opportunities for those who take initiative (coaching, marketing, leadership)

📈 Growth Path (What Success Looks Like)

First 30 Days:

Learn names, flow, and session structure

Understand how we coach and communicate

60 Days:

Confident assisting and beginning to coach

Strong presence on the floor

90 Days:

Lead sessions with support

Build real relationships with clients
